摘要
本实验研究了“益寿回春汤”对运动小鼠细胞免疫机能的影响，结果表明：“益寿回春汤”使ＣｏｎＡ刺激的Ｔ淋巴细胞增殖反应明显高于安静对照组，使ＬＰＳ刺激的Ｂ淋巴细胞增殖反应既高于安静组又高于运动组；ＩＬ－２活性测定在“益寿回春汤”＋运动训练组明显高于安静对照组，比运动对照组有升高趋势；“益寿回春汤”＋运动训练组的ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值明显高于运动训练组。
The effects of miraculous longevity liquid on the cellular immunofunction in trained male BABLC mice were investigated.The results showed that:(1)The ConA stimulated T lymphocyte proliferation of MLL group was higher than sedentary group,and its LPS-stimulated B lymphocyte proliferation was higher than the other groups;(2)IL-2 production of lymphocytes of the MLL+trained group increased significantly compared with the sedentary group,and it was also higher than the other two groups;(3)CD4/CD8 ratio of the MLL+trained group was higher than the trained group.These results suggested that MLL could improve both T and B lymphocytes function, and benefit the regulation of the immunoresponse of the trained mice.
