沿海滩涂土壤细菌、放线菌的分离与计数 被引量:3

摘要 我国沿海滩涂土壤中含盐量普遍都较高,有大量的微生物,其中有许多是嗜盐微生物。采用稀释涂布分离法和不同盐浓度的培养基,将适量土样稀释液与不同盐浓度的培养基在培养皿中混匀培养,各种程度的嗜盐微生物都能够很好地生长。通过平板菌落计数,测得滩涂土壤不同土层中不同微生物活菌数量及其生长的最适盐浓度。并对土壤可溶性盐分等项目进行了测定。初步掌握了沿海滩涂土壤不同土层中细菌、放线菌的数量及其分布规律。为沿海滩涂资源的开发利用提供了基础资料信息。 There is large coastal land in our country and salt content of coastal land is generally relatively high. Therefore there is a large amount of microorganisms in it and so a lot of them are the halophilic microorganisms. All kinds of halophilic microorganisms can grow well in beef extract peptone medium of different demity of salt. Halophilic microorganisms of different soil layers were calculated by counting colonies in culture plates. Meanwhile some items were determined, for example the soluble salt in soil. We have understood the quantities and distribution tentative law of bacteria and actinomycetes in different soil layers of the coastal land. The purpose is to prepare basic materials to develop and utilize the resources for the coastal land in Yancheng.
