摘要
目的：研究以胫后动脉的分支胫骨滋养动脉所发出的筋膜皮支为蒂的小腿内侧皮瓣在解剖，临床应用的可行性。方法：对６例手足急性外伤性皮肤缺损或疤痕挛缩整形患者以该游离皮瓣进行修复。结果。６例患者均获得了满意疗效。结论：该皮瓣具有皮下脂肪薄，皮肤质量好，避免牺牲胫后动脉主干等优点，适合于修复手足重要功能区域的皮肤缺损。
Objective:To report the posibility of clinical application of medial crural free flap pedicled with fasciocutaneous branch of posterior tiblal artery.Methods:A series of 6 cases of traumatic skin defect or plastic reconstruction for scar contracture of hands or feet have been treated with this free flap。Results:The 6 cases all have obtained good results, Couclusions:This flap has the merits of thin-ness of subcutaneous fat,good skin quality and avoidance of sacrificing the trunk of posterior tibial artery and is suitable for repair skin defects in the functionally important areas of the hand and foot。
