摘要
本文分析了安钢100 t带指形托架的竖式电炉(FSF)高效炼钢工艺中的废钢预热、铁水热装、强化用氧等核心技术。从生产实践的角度讨论了竖式电炉遇到的问题,提出了策略性的改进意见。
This article makes an analysis of such core technologies as scrap preheating, hot charging of liquid iron and intensified oxygen blowing,etc, in the highly-efficient steel-making process used for 100 t shaft furnace with finger-type bracket in Anyang Iron and Steel Group Corp. Some problems occurred in shaft furnace are discussed based on production practice and strategically improving proposals are put forward.
