摘要
通过采用物流管理的方法,减少一次性医疗耗品的支出,降低成本率,提高医疗社会效益及经济效益,采购方式的制定,利用计划提交样品展示,采购入库,发放使用,一系列的质量监控,信息反馈,以达到患者、医生的满意。结果,加强对商家价格干预和控制,增进互换关系,追求医疗质量,达到社会、经济效益双盈。
We reduce the disbursement of disposable medical consumption, reduce the cost rate and enhance the medical service social effciency and the economic effeiency with scientific logistics management pattern. We establish a series of quality monitoring and the information feedback methods including establishment purchase way, exhibition the samples, the medical materials going into storage and handing out materials for achieving the patients and doctors＇ sati^action. Finally, we achieve the society and the economic efficiency through intervention and the control of the merchant price, promotion the exchange relation and pursuing medical service quality.
