摘要
实验上根据化学气相沉积法(Chemical Vapor Deposition,CVD)制备的多壁纳米碳管的吸收光谱,经过对其乙醇溶液在532nm纳秒脉冲激光作用下的Z—scan测量得出了其具有优良的光学非线性。克尔常数γ=5.2×10^-13m^2/w,非线性吸收系数β=0.58×10^-8m^2/w。
The absorption spectrum of MWN Ts prepared by the Chemical Vapor Deposition method has been measured. Their nonlinear optical properties were investigated using 532 nm nanosecond laser pulses. It resulted in Kerr constant γ=5.2×10^-13m^2/w and nonlinear absorptive coefficient β=0.58×10^-8m^2/w, which indicated MWNTs possess strong nonlinear optical properties.
