摘要
目的用循证医学的方法评价肝切除在治疗肝胆管结石病中的作用。方法采用固定效应模型Meta分析,统计分析最近在国内外期刊上发表的具有可比性的10篇文献。结果肝切除在结石清除率和随访优良率均优于非肝切除。结论Meta分析表明肝切除仍是目前治疗肝内胆管结石病最有效的手段。
Objective To evaluate the role of hepatectomy in treatment of hepatolithiasis by means of evidence-based medicine. Methods Meta analysis with fixed effect model was used to analyse 10 comparable literatures that were published in recently. Results Hepatectomy is better than nonhepatectomy in aspects of stone clearance rate and follow-up excellence rate. Conclusions Hepatectomy is the best method for hepatolithiasis now.
