摘要 生物芯片技术是20世纪90年代中期发展起来的一项尖端技术,已经成为生命科学界的研究热点之一。本文阐述了生物芯片的基本概念,简述了其制备过程、主要分类及其在分子生物学、食品科学和医学研究中的应用,并对其发展前景作了预测及展望。 Biochip has been the best of its kind since 1990s. In this paper, the concept, preparation, classify of the biochip technology, and its application in molecular biology, bromatology and medicine and the nice foreground were introduced.
