摘要
在一台由CA6110柴油机改造的单缸HCCI发动机上进行了乙醇燃料的HCCI工作区域的试验研究。确定了由平均指示压力pm i和转速n表示的HCCI工作区域,分析了工作区域内的指示热效率和排放性能。结果表明:HCCI燃烧有较高的指示热效率,最高可达60%;指示热效率主要受负荷的影响,转速对其几乎没有影响。HCCI燃烧只产生很少的NOx,最大NOx指示比排放只有1 g/kWh;而HC和CO排放都比较高,最低的HC和CO排放约为5 g/kWh,而且对负荷非常敏感。
The HCCI operating region of an internal combustion engine with ethanol as the fuel was studied experimentally on a single cylinder HCCI engine modified from a CA6110 diesel engine. The HCCI operating regions expressed by the mean indicated pressure and engine speed were found out, and the mean indicated heat efficiency and the emission performance were analyzed. The experimental results show that HCCI can obtain high mean indicated heat efficiency up to 60% and mainly be effected by the engine load and hardly by the engine speed. Only little NOx is formed with the maximal indicated specific emission of NOx only 1 g/kWh . But the CO and HC emissions are high, even at the region of the minimum HC and CO emission, they can reached 5 g/kWh, being sensitive to load.
