摘要
运用成就动机问卷和投射测验比较研究了贵州470名少数民族中学生成就动机与成功恐惧。结果表明:少数民族男、女中学生的成就动机无显著差异。城乡差异对少数民族中学生的成就动机影响显著。少数民族男、女生均存在成功恐惧,且女生的成功恐惧显著高于男生。成功恐惧主要与人际关系、家庭、学业和事业有关。成就动机与成功恐惧无显著相关。
This study uses a questionnaire of achievement motive and projective tests to investigate 470 ethnic minorities of middle-school students＇ achievement motive and achievement fear in Guizhou province. The results show that middle-school students of ethnic minorities＇ achievement motive are not sig- nificantly influenced by gender. Middle-school students＇ achievement motive is significantly influenced by difference between city and the countryside. Male and female minority students both have achievement fear. Ethnic minority students＇ achievement fear is significantly influenced by gender. Achievement fear is mainly connected with interpersonal relations, families, school works and future careers. There is no significant relation between achievement motive and achievement fear.
