摘要
近几十年来,国外大学学科组织呈现出新的改革与发展趋势:废除传统的学院制,加强学科间的整合;反映科学技术高度分化的趋势,实现学科组织的适度分化;根据科学技术的最新发展成果,增设新科技学科组织;在传统的院系结构之外,大量设置研究机构;适应大学职能不断增加的趋势,实现学科组织结构的复杂化。
During the past decades, there arose several new trends in the disciplinary organization development and reform in the universities abroad; abolish the traditional collegiate system, strengthen the interdisciplinary conformity, encourage disciplinary organization split, set up new disciplinary organization in science and technology, set up many research institutions besides the traditional disciplinary organization, and complicate the disciplinary organization structure.
