摘要
教师专业发展是优质学校建设基本维度之一。优质学校教师专业发展的价值取向关注教师的日常生活,使教师在日常生活情境中促进自己的发展。根据教师专业发展取向,我们提出了优质学校教师专业发展的基本策略,反思教师专业发展中的一些问题。
Teacher s' professional development is the one of dimension of quality school. Teachers' professional development of quality school pays attention to day-to day living, spurring teacher professional development in daily living context. Based on oriented of teachers' professional development, we suggest some basic strategies, and reflect on some questions of it.
