摘要
笔者在梳理前人研究的基础上,提出公立高校教育股份制体制创新的关键是要明晰运作中的产权及建立现代高校法人治理结构,并以图的形式加以说明。笔者对沈阳师范大学部分二级学院实行教育股份制的实例进行了考察与分析,在此基础上定义了公立高校教育股份制,并提出了我国部分公立高校实行教育股份制应注意的几个问题。
The author studied the former researchers＇ result then points out that the key to operating the educational stock—share system in some public universities is to clear the property rights and establish the cooperate governance system. The author also defines the definition of public stock—shared universities after analyzing the case study of two real practices of the educational stock—share system in Shenyang Normal University, and also stresses some problems easily rising with educational stock—share system.
