摘要
目的了解大学生心理状况与躯体疾病的关系。方法采用精神症状自评量表(SCL-90)对700名大学生进行测量。结果患病组总分、总均分、阳性项目数、躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执和精神病性因子分与未患病组差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);女生恐怖因子与男生比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);理科的强迫因子与文科比较、乡村学生的恐怖因子与城镇学生比较、非独生子女的强迫、抑郁、精神病性因子与独生子女差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论大学生心理健康状况不良容易导致躯体疾病的发生。
Objective To find out the relation of college student psychological status and somatic diseases. Method Seven hundred college students were evaluated with SOL 90 scale. Results The scores of SOL-90 of students with somatic diseases were higher than the norm. Conclusion Lower levels of psychological status among the college students are vulnerable to somatic diseases.
