论证中密度纤维板环保和阻燃的必要性;采用正交试验优化环保阻燃中密度纤维板的热压工艺,压制成的板材物理力学性能达到优等品要求,阻燃性能达到难燃级,甲醛释放量远低于E1级要求;探讨所用阻燃剂的阻燃与降醛机理。
The necessity of fire-retardant and environmentally friendly MDF was expounded. A study was made on manufacturing the board using the optimum hot-pressing process resulting from an orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the physical and mechanical quality of the board reached the excellent level of MDF in the state standard; its fire-retardant ability was about 50, exceeding the value 48 of unburnable MDF; and its formaldehyde emission was less than the demand of El level. The mechanisms of flame retarding and formaldehyde absorption were also discussed briefly.
