摘要
本实验运用动物急性死亡率法对中草药健脑合剂进行了药物动力学研究。结果表明此合剂在小鼠体内呈二房室开放模型,并测得肌注LD_(50)为15417±1187mg/kgwt(P>0.05),t1/2x与t1/2β分别为0.126h和5.191等参数。
Using the acute mortality of animals,Jiannao mixture was studied.The results showed that the mixture appeared two—compartment open model in mice.The ip LD_(50) of mice determinedwas 15417±1187 mg/kg(P>0.05);t_(1/2α)=0.126 h and t_(1/2β)=5.191h.
