零时间竞争与即时顾客化定制 被引量:1

摘要 企业进行基于时间的竞争经历了三个阶段,其中零时间竞争是基于时间竞争的最高阶段。市场扰动增加和信息技术的发展使得零时间竞争成为一种趋势。即时顾客化定制是零时间竞争的未来趋势,分析了实现即时顾客化定制的策略。
