The Impact of Climate for Business Operation and Investment on the Performance of Private Enterprises:Theory and Demonstration

摘要投资经营环境在投资诱导和利润增长机制的双重作用下,对民营企业绩效具有显著的正向影响。投资经营环境优越的地区,民营企业获得了更高的经营绩效,但这种影响在不同管理模式和企业家年龄特征的企业间存在明显差异。我们还发现在改善投资经营环境的各项政策中,融资政策对企业绩效增长具有最强的影响力。 CBOI has significant and positive effects on the performances of CPEs and there is obvious difference in effects between the enterprises with different management patterns and age traits of entrepreneurs. It is also found that of all the policies to improve the CBOI financing policy has the most powerful effect on the performances of CPEs.
