摘要
目的探讨小切口胆囊切除术中胆管损伤的预防方法。方法对891例小切口胆囊切除术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果891例均完成小切口胆囊切除术,胆管损伤1例。结论正确解剖Calot三角,尽量靠近胆囊壁分离处理胆囊动脉、胆囊管,可以预防胆管损伤。
Objective To summarize the prevention of bile dttct injury during minicholecystectomy （MC）. Methods The clinical data of 891 cases undergoing MC were retrospectively analyzed. Results 891 cases succeeded in MC, and there was one bile duct injury. Conclusion The maneuvers for prevention of bile duct injury were accurate dissection of the Calot＇s triangle, careful ligation of cystic artery and cystic duct close to the gallbladder wall.
