摘要
目的 建立妇康宝颗粒的质量标准。方法 采用HPLC法测定了白芍中芍药苷的含量,采用薄层鉴别法对熟地黄,白芍,当归,川芎进行定性鉴别。结果 芍药苷含量在0.0140-0.4470mg/ml呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率100.9%,RSD为1.06%;薄层色谱法能对熟地黄,白芍,当归,川芎进行专属定性分析。结论 所建立的方法可准确地进行定性,定量检测,重复性好,可作为妇康宝颗粒的质量控制。
Objectlve To establish quality standard for Fukangbao Granules. Methods Paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Alba was determined by HPLC. Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong were identified by TLC. Results Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0. 014 0-0. 447 0 mg,/ml ,r = 0.999 9. The average recovery was 100.9% and RSD was 1.06%. Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong could be identified by TLC. Conclusion The method is accurate and can be used for the quality control of Fukangbao Granules.
