Expounds an analysis and design of project management platform, which is a B/S structure system and is used on Intranet/Internet. The paltform aims at unified project management,sharlng resource, cooperating service. It offers a whole idea and flow of software project management,as well as implements a series of functions, such as registering project, budgeting project, planning project implementation, planning project gathering, selecting team member, selecting implementation methodology, uploading project file, presenting project risk, maintaining project expense, project documents retrieval,expert resource searches, and so on.
