摘要
用信息论中信息传递的基本方法和基本模型，分析研究了铁路客站服务信息系统的结构以及信息的流通和交流。针对现存信息系统中结构上的缺陷，建立了新的服务信息系统结构。新的系统符合控制论系统的基本模型。
By means of the basic method and the model of information transter in the information theory, the structure and information flow in the service information system at passenger stations are analyzed. To counter the defects of the structure discovered a new structure is established in the service information system. The new structure conform the basic mode to control the theory.
