摘要
离子交换树脂是化学除盐用的主要介质,树脂的质量直接决定着锅炉的水质,防止树脂的变质和污染,是保证供给合格水的必要条件。通过对目前强酸阳树脂和强碱阴树脂污染主要原因的分析,提出了防止树脂污染的措施。
Ion exchange resin is the main material for ehemieal deionization, and the resin quality critically desides the quality of boiler feed - water makeup, so it's necessary to prevent resin from deterioration and contamination for supplying aeeeptable water. Through analysis on the prime faetors causing the contamination of strong aeid eation- exchange resin and strong basle anion - exehange resin, several countermeasures to prevent resin from contamination are proposed in this paper.
