摘要
介绍了2005年2月河北省南部电网发生覆冰闪络事故的情况,探讨了覆冰事故的分类方法,分析了覆冰事故的成因和特点,并提出了相应的对策。
After introducing the ice covering flash over fault of Hebei south network in February, 2005, this paper discusses classified method of the fault, and analyzes the reasons and characteristics of the fault, at last, puts forwards the countermeasures.
