The operation situation of 250 kt/a carbide production system in the branch company of Xinjiang Tianye Co. , Ltd. is introduced. In order to decrease the energy consumption, reduce the labor intensity of operating staff, ensure the safe production, improve the product quality and increase the output, the raw materials, process operation, and equipment are analyzed.
