摘要
针对尿素装置存在氨耗高的问题,提出了优化高压系统、调整中压系统、改造低压系统的改造方案,从改造合成塔塔板、调整汽提塔操作温度、更换高压甲铵冷凝器密封垫和材质等方面论述了尿素装置改进措施,对改造后运行效果进行了总结。
In allusion to problem of high ammunia consume existing in urea plant, the reformation schemes, these are optimization of high pressure system, adjustment of middle pressure system and refonnation of low pressure system, were presented, the improvement measures were discussed for urea plant from aspects of reforming trays of urea reactor, adjusting operation temperature of stripper and replacing gasket and material of high pressure carbamate condenser etc. , summary was made for operating effect after reformation.
