摘要
介绍一种用于适用于超高频段以上的射频读写器功率控制方案。该方案利用对数功率计完成自动增益控制,得到大的控制动态范围,同时利用检波电路检测电平方法得到功率值及进行相应定标,并且提供直接控制方式,提高了可靠性;定向耦合器的隔离作用使发射功率和失配系数都能同时得到准确检测控制。
Present a design of the Emissive Microwave Power Control used for the UHF RFID Reader. A logarithmic dynamometer is used to complete the automatic amplification control, and provides a high dynamic controllable range; the level detection method of the detection circuit is used to get and calibrate the power value, and provides the direct control mode to increase the reliability; The buffer function of the directional coupler offer the accurate control for the transmitting power and mismatch ratio.
