摘要
目的评价感染性眼病刮片检查的临床意义。方法刮取感染性眼病患者病变组织制成刮片,进行姬姆萨染色和革兰氏染色,同时将取得的组织进行细菌培养和真菌培养。结果刮片检查检出87例渗出细胞为中性粒细胞,10例渗出细胞为淋巴细胞,7例渗出细胞中见到大量嗜酸细胞;检出细菌10例,真菌47例,1例查到沙眼衣原体的包涵体。培养结果检出细菌9例,真菌39例。培养阳性率为41.4%。结论感染性眼病的刮片检查结果快速准确,适合临床广泛应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinic valve of the smears examination of infective ophthalmocaces. Method The organize of infective ophthalmocaces was scraped,then smears and culture were doing at the same time. Result The inflammatory corpuscles were neutrophils in 87 cases,lymphocytes in 10 cases,eosinophilic cells in 7 cases,fungis were found in 47 cases,and bacterias in 10 cases,chtamydia tyachomatis inclusion was found in 1 case. The results of culture were 9 cases of bacterias and 39 cases of fungis. The total positive rate of culture was 41.4%. Conclusion The result of smears from infetive ophthalmoeaces is accurate and fast,the examination can be appliedto clinic widely.
