摘要
[目的]研究临床护理管理中预防可控性差错的环节,提高护理人员对差错的防范、应对和处理技能。[方法]采用自制调查问卷,从护士长安全管理技能、护士安全防范技能、环境要求、设施设备4个方面,对临床护理人员进行问卷调查。[结果]不同学历护士对护士长安全管理技能要求差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对护士安全防范技能、科室环境、设施设备的部分内容因学历和职称的不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]临床护理管理的每一个环节都必须遵循一定的规章和规程,只有科学地预测和有效地预防可控性护理差错,才能减少和避免护理差错的发生,从而确保护理安全。
Objective： To study on the links for preventing controllable nursing errors in clinical nursing administration, and to promote skills of nursing staff on precaution, coping and handling of nursing errors. Methods： Clinical nursing staffs were investigated by filling out self - made questionnaires from four aspects of safety management skill of head nurses, safety precaution skill of nurses, demands of environment and establishment and equipment. Results： There were no marked differences in demands of nurses with different academic careers for ,safety management skill of head nurses （ P 〉 0.05）. There were statistical significant differences in demands of nurses with different academic careers and professional titles for some contents of diathesis of nurse, environment of department and establishment and equipment （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Every link of clinical nursing management must follow some regulations and rules. Only by predicting scientifically and preventing effectively controllable nursing errors, nursing errors can be reduced and avoided and nursing safety will be ensured.
