摘要
废纸已是造纸行业的重要原料,通过比照我国与世界造纸及废纸回收的差距,结合各国的先进经验,提出多方面的建议,为建设“资源节约,环境友好”型社会作出新贡献。
Waste paper is one of the most important materials in the paper making field. By comparing with the distance of situation of paper making worldwide and in our country and of recycling the waste paper, and by combining with worldwide advanced experience, it put forward the advice in many ways. It will give the contribution of the society of economy resource and friendly enviroment.
