摘要
本世纪头15-20年是我国发展的重要战略机遇期。我们拥有可以利用的重要战略机遇,同时也要面对严峻的挑战。只要我们坚持“与时俱进”的战略思维,进行巧妙战略谋划,就一定能够摆脱历史上崛起大国“挑战-失败”的怪圈,寻找出顺利摆脱“安全困境”的道路。
The first 15 to 20 years of the 21st century are an important period of strategic opportunity of development for China. Meanwhile, this is also a period when we are faced with severe challenges. The author maintains that as long as we stick to the strategic idea of ＂develop with the time＂ and follow well designed strategic planning, we will be able to avoid the vicious course of ＂challenge and failure ＂that has trapped many newly arising big powers and find out an approach to come out of the ＂security dilemma＂
