摘要
在知识经济时代,培养高素质的具有创新精神和创新能力的优秀人才已成为我国高等学校教育发展的方向,也是新形势下高等教育所面临的主要问题。农林高校图书馆拥有适宜高素质人才成长所需的良好教育环境和学习研究氛围,对培养高素质人才具有重要作用。因此,要进一步紧跟时代要求,为创新性人才培养营造宽松、自主的学习环境,使农林高校图书馆真正成为培养高素质人才的教育基地。
In the age of intellectual economy, training outstanding talents with creative spirit and ability is a primary issue confronted with the higher education, and it has became the orientation of college development. Good educational environment and research atmosphere which possessed by libraries of colleges of agriculture and forestry are important to foster high quality talents, so, it＇s necessary for libraries to build a relaxed and self-reliant learning atmosphere to make the libraries become the educational base of fostering talents with high quality.
