摘要
目的探讨闭合性肝外伤的诊断要点及治疗抉择。方法回顾性分析12年来81例闭合性肝外伤的临床资料。结果81例患者中,手术治疗37例,非手术治疗44例,治愈78例,死亡3例。结论判断有无肝外伤及其损伤的严重程度、有无合并腹腔内其他脏器操作是早期诊断的要点,多数肝外伤患者通过非手术治疗可获得治愈。
Objective To study diagnostic highlight and therapeutic choice of closed liver trauma. Methods 81 cases with closed liver trauma in 12 years was reviewed,retrospectively. Results Among81 cases,37 were treated with operation and 44 without operation. 78 were cured and 3 were dead. Conclusion It is the main points of early diagnosis that judge the severity degree of liver trauma and combining with other organic injury in belly cavity. Most of liver trauma can be cured by nonoperation.
