摘要
对L-B形组合制动梁撑杆安全吊座焊接部位发生早期开裂的现象分别进行了宏观和微观分析,结果表明:产生裂纹的主要原因是所使用的Q460E钢碳当量较高,w(C)eq(IIW)和w(C)eq(JIS)达到了0.52%~0.54%,焊接未进行预热,焊接HAZ出现马氏体组织,硬度超过HV400,严重脆化。通过试验,建议对现有的制动梁采用(500±20)℃的回火热处理,将其硬度降低到HV350以下。
Macroscopy and microscopy analysis of L-B composite beam brake safety chains bracket welding zone early cracks were made. Results show that the main reason inducing crack is the carbon equivalent of Q460E steel used is high,such as the calculated carbon equivalent reaching between 0.52% and 0.54% (w(C)_E)(IIW)and( w(C)_(eq))(JIS). No preheating was made before welding,which caused martensite (HV400) to generate and brought embrittlement at the HAZ. Through experiment,beam brake was tempered at (500±20)℃ to reduce the hardness of HAZ to less than HV350.
