摘要
针对现在单相小型逆变弧焊电源存在开关管开通和关断损耗大、可靠性低等问题,进行了分析研究,提出了零电压转换(ZVT)正激式变换器。试验证明,该弧焊电源可以使主开关管IGBT在从极小负载到极大负载范围内实现零电压关断,零开关范围非常大,不受负载的影响。这种模式的零电压开关能使变换装置小型化和轻量化的程度加大,非常适用于中、小功率弧焊电源。
Considering the problems such as turn-on loss,turn-off loss,low reliability of main switch etc. in the single inverter arc welding power source,a series of analysis and study have been done. A kind of new converter-zero voltage transition(ZVT) forward converter is brought forword. The experiment result indicates the arc welding power source can make the main switch (IGBT) achieve ZVT turning off from the biggest load to the smallest load,and the extension of ZVT turning off is very great,at the same time,it is not affected by load. This switch mode can make the equipment get smaller and the weight of the equipment get lower,and it is fit for the using in middle and small power.
