摘要
利用低热固相化学反应法开展磷酸锌结构材料合成研究,在不同表面活性剂存在下,以不同锌盐为原料,得到了微米级棒状结构、超细零维球状结构、纳米级空心球状结构及纳米级空心球棒状结构,并应用TEM和SEM等手段对产物结构、形貌和尺度的差异进行了表征。得出可以通过适当的实验设计,找到利用低热固相化学反应法合成磷酸锌特定结构材料的方法的结论。
By means of low - temperature solid - state chemical reaction, the synthesis of zinc phosphate with different structures were studied. With different kinds of surfactant and zinc raw material , bar - shaped micro - structure of zinc phosphate product, super particulate spherical zero - dimensional structure, hollow - spherical nano - structure and hollow bar - shaped nano - structure of zinc phosphate product were gotten. The structures, shapes and yardsticks of the product were characterized by TEM and SEM, etc.. It is concluded that through a series of proper experimental designs, the zinc phosphate with specific structure can be synthesized by low - temperature solid - state chemical reaction.
