锌精矿沸腾焙烧过程中砷锑杂质的脱除 被引量:6

The removal of impurities As and Sb in the fluidized roasting process of zinc concentrate

摘要 在低温氧化焙烧、高过剩空气系数高温氧化焙烧、低过剩空气系数高温氧化焙烧3种不同的条件下,对锌精矿沸腾焙烧过程中砷锑杂质的脱除率进行比较,发现在较低过剩空气系数高温氧化焙烧的前提下,采用焙烧温度为1170~1200℃、焙烧强度为7.0t(干矿)/(m^2·d)、炉底鼓风量为7300~7620m,/h的操作条件对锌精矿进行高低过剩空气系数交替高温氧化焙烧,砷的脱除率达到68.5%以上,锑的脱除率达到69%以上。 The As and Sb removal rate in the fluidized wasting process of zinc concentrate are compared under the following three conditions, i. e. low temperature oxidation roasting, high temperature oxidation roasting with high air - surplus coefficient and high temperature oxidation roasting with low air - surplus coefficient. It is found that under high temperature oxidation roasting with low air - surplus coefficient and such conditions as roasting temperature 1 170 - 1 200 ℃, roasting strength 7.0 t( dry ore)/( m^2 · d) ,air flow 7 300 -7 620 m^3/h,the As and Sb removal rate can reach to 68.5% and 69% respectively.
