摘要
研究了以四川万源庙子的毒重石富矿为原料,用盐酸浸取,通过新工艺净化制备出分析纯的氯化钡。并对各工艺实验进行详细的阐述。结果表明:采用有机溶剂析出法精制新工艺,省去了溶液蒸发结晶工序,并且可操作性强,工艺条件易于控制,得到的产品质量稳定。浸出和净化合并成一个工序,简化了工艺流程。并且产品质量达分析纯要求,钡总回收率达92%以上。
Using high - grade witherite from Sichuan Wanyuan Miaozi as a raw material, the analytical purity barium cholride is prepared by HC1 leaching and new purifying method. The process experiment is described in detail. The results show that the new purifying process with organic solvent has following advantages:the evaporation and crystallization procedures can be cancelled in the process ; the operation can be easily controlled and the quality of the product is stable and can meet the standard of analytical purity ; the leaching and purifying procedures can be combined in one section, thus the process is simplified. The total recovery rate of barium can be over 92%.
