摘要 以XPS为主要研究工具,以LaMO3(M=Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni)及相关催化剂为主要研究对象,区分XPS谱中二种O1s峰,对晶格O1a和La3d5/2的主峰及Shake-up峰的化学位移给予解决.证明J106催化剂中无LaMO3类化合物形成,而CR型燃烧催化剂中存在LaMO3类化合物,并和催化剂的失活相关.CR催化剂中CU离子的存在形态以及CR催化剂的S中毒也由XPS提供了证据. By X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), LaMO3(M =Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni )and its relativecatalysts have been investigated. It was showed by XPS patterns, that two O1s peaks were distinguished, one is crystal O1a. and another is adsorbing O1s[4]. Chemical shifts of crystal O1s. and La3d5/2(main and shake up peaks) were interpreted by nonlocality of d-electron in LaMO3. It was provedthat none of LaMO3-lake Oxides had been formed in J106 methanation catalyst,however,LaMO3-like Oxides had been formed in CR combustion catalyst and related to deactivity of catalyst whenit was being used. The state of Cu ion in CR catalyst and sulfur poisoning of CR catalyst wereshown by XPS obviously also.
