白酒的包装质量越来越重要,直接影响到产品的质量和销售及生产企业的荣誉和效益,越来越被消费者和企业重视。瓶装白酒出现的一般质量问题有:酒中出现黑色杂质、纤维状物质、虫蝇等、玻璃碎屑、烟雾状悬浮物,还有出现酒度变低、酒瓶倒置漏酒、商标歪斜或破损及喷码不清晰等。提高瓶装白酒包装质量的主要措施有:包装前对包装材料进行上线检验,酒在灌装前再次进行取样化验,酒瓶在上线灌装前进行检查等。(孙悟)
Liquor packing quality becomes more and more important, which could influence directly product quality, liquor sales, and the benefits and the prestige of the enterprises. Accordingly, enterprises and consumers attach more and more importance on liquor packing. The existed quality problems for bottled liquor usually include the existence of black impurity, fibrous substances, insects such as worms and flies, glass chippings, and smog suspended solid in liquor, decrease of alcohol content, liquor leakage by bottom-up of liquor bottles, damage of trademark, and indistinct bar code etc. The technical measures to improve packing quality of bottled liquor mainly include online examination of packing materials before liquor packing, sampling and assaying before liquor bottle-filling, and examination of liquor bottles before liquor-filling on the production line etc.
