Compounding esterifying enzyme ecologic bacteria is a ecologic compound body ofbio-enzyme and live thallus, which could strengthen fermenting capability and aroma-producing functions of traditional Daqu and keep stable ana durable fermentation. Its use in the production of Luzhou-flavor liquor could produce high-ester-content flavoring liquor, improve liquor quality, increase liquor yield and quality product rate, and perfect product structure in distilleries.
