摘要
密封真空管的可靠性尤其重要,影响其可靠性的主要因素是真空度。采用脉冲放电的方法研究了密封真空管真空度的测量方法,建立了离子流的理论模型和真空度的测量装置,给出了测量结果,并进行了讨论。结果表明,该方法是可行的,测试误差满足真空度的测量要求。
Reliability of the sealed vacuum tube is very important, and the main factor that affects reliability is its vacuum degree. The method to measure the vacuum degree in sealed vacuum tube is investigated by using pulse discharge. The theoretic model of ion current and the apparatus to measure vacuum degree are established. The experimental results are presented and analyzed. The results indicate that this method is applicable and the error satisfies the measuring requirement.
