摘要
激光头金属座具有外形尺寸小、具有多处弯脚、精度要求非常高等特点,本文根据这些特点,介绍了激光头金属座多工位级进冲模的设计过程,着重讲述了其排样设计过程和其中的多次弯曲、整形工位,及其相应的凸凹模结构和模具的整体结构。为保证模具的互换性和精度,采用快换凸模,在弯曲成形时采用对称弯曲法平衡弯曲力。
Metal seat of laser head has the characters of small dimension, many bending stage and high precision upon which the design procedure of progressive die has been introduced with emphasis on the procedure of blank layout including bending, ironing stage in layout design and the structure of the die with quick-change male punch for the compatibility and precision of the die and symmetry bending used for balance of the bending force in bending stages.
