摘要
以豫麦50(弱筋)和豫麦49(中筋)两个品种为试验材料,研究了沙薄地大田条件下拔节期追施硫肥对小麦旗叶生理及产量和品质的影响。结果表明:追施硫肥可提高小麦旗叶光合速率和硝酸还原酶活性;增加穗粒数,提高千粒重,显著增加子粒产量;其子粒蛋白质含量呈现下降趋势,但蛋白质产量增加。从协调产量与品质的角度考虑,较适宜的追硫量分别为22.5 kg/hm2(豫麦50)和45.0 kg/hm2(豫麦49)。
In this experiment, two eultivars of Yumai 50(weak gluten) and Yumai 49(middle gluten) are used to study effect of sulfur application on flag-leaf physiology, grain yield and quality of wheat planted in field of sandy barren soil. The results showed that by sulfur application at jointing stage, photosynthetic rate, nitrate reductase(NR) activity in flag leaf, kernels per spike, 1000-grain weight and grain yield were in a certain extent enhanced, compared with the control(S0). Moreover, protein yield was increased in spite of protein content being decreased. For the harmony of grain yield and quality, it is relatively suitable that sulfur fertilizers of 22.5 kg/hm^2 for Yumai 50 and 45.0kg/ hm^2 for Yumai 49 are respectively applied at iointing stage of wheat planted in the field conditions.
