摘要
作为准一维材料的碳纳米管。由于其独特的纳米结构,具有优异的力学、电学、光学特性,被誉为21世纪的“梦幻”材料,自发现以来,一直受到世界各国科学家的广泛关注。然而,由于碳本身的化学性质,决定了碳纳米管不能在高温、恶劣的环境下应用。此外,由于碳纳米管由化学稳定性高的石墨烯片层结构组成,导致对其进行表面或管内的化学修饰比较困难。
Silicon carbide nanotubes (SiCNTs) were prepared by chemical vapor deposition (CVD). Methyltrichlorosilane (MTS) was selected as the SiC gaseous source and, ferrocence and thiophene as the catalyst and the cocatalyst, respectively. The influences of pyrolysis temperature, the content of catalyst and the cocatalyst, and the mole ratio between H2 and MTS, on the shape of the pyrolysis products were investigated, respectively. The products were characterized by SEM, EDX, XRD and HRTEM, respectively. Novel type of multi-walled SiC- NTs, with 30-80 nm and 15-20 nm outer and inner diameters, respectively, were observed.
