摘要
遗传研究表明,抗旱性是可遗传的,选育抗旱性强的玉米品种必须重视品种(自交系)抗旱性鉴定。通过对杂交种及亲本自交系9份试材进行了耐旱性研究,测定了叶面积、离体叶片相对含水量和丙二醛等10项农艺性状指标和生理生化指标,结果表明,在干旱胁迫下,玉米形态指标发生了明显变化,表现株高降低、茎秆变细、叶面积减少;生理生化指标也发生了明显变化,在一些生理指标上杂交种和自交系之间有简单的遗传相似性,但没有明显的规律;MDA含量、相对含水量、叶面积等可作为玉米苗期抗旱性鉴定的指标。
The results of genetic studies showed that drought resistance is heritable. It is important to pay more attention on the identification of drought resistance. Nine materials were tested including leaf area, RWC, MDA etc. The results showed that the morphological characteristics of maize had greatly change, the plant height decreased, the stem thinned, the leaf area dropped. Physiological and biochemical indexes also changed obviously, hybridization and inbred had simple genetic similarity in some physiological and biochemical indexes, but had not remark regulation. MDA, RWC and leaf area etc can be indexes of drought resistance of maize during its seeding stage.
