摘要
通过对广西架空输电线路雷击跳闸率和事故率高的突出问题进行调查与统计分析,指出目前存在的主要问题是:在采取措施上存在着一定的盲目性,措施不当而起不到应有的保护效果,导致线路雷击跳闸率和事故率历年居高不下。为了解决上述问题,对现有线路防雷技术措施进行理论分析,并提出有针对性的保护措施,供线路防雷改造时参考。
By investigating and analyzing statistically the outstanding problems of high trip rate by lightning strike and high accident rate on overhead transmission lines in Guangxi, this paper points out the key causes： there are certain blindness in adopting measures. Some measures have no protection effect due to improper application. Therefore the above rates remained high in the past years. To resolve such problems, the author analyzes theoretically the existing technical measures of lightning protection for power transmission lines and suggests some well chosen measures to be referred in reform of related power transmission lines.
