摘要
利用灰色绝对关联度理论建立了玉米摘穗辊的工作间隙、摘穗辊转速及机车前进速度同籽粒损失率的数学模型,通过理论验算,得出玉米摘穗辊工作间隙、摘穗辊速度和机车前进速度与籽粒损失率的关联度,分别为ε01=0.500673,ε02=0.724512,ε03=0.581288;影响显著性顺序为:摘穗辊工作间隙,车前进速度,穗辊的转速;三者与籽粒损失率关系为:摘穗辊工作间隙对籽粒损失率影响最大,车前进速度次之,穗辊的转速最小。
A mathematic model is established, based on the absolute grey incidence theories, to calculate the incidence degrees between seed loss and corn stripper rollers' gap distances, rotation speeds and progression velocities.Theoretical computation shows the three degrees as ε01 = 0. 500673,ε02 = 0.724512,ε03 = 0.581288 respectively. The result indicates that the influence of gap distance on the rate of seed loss is the largest, while the influence of rotation speed is the smallest.
