摘要
为保证石油设备低温下工作的可靠性,对国产Q345A(16Mn)钢冷拔方管在20--60℃的冲击韧性进行了检测,并用API Spec 8C标准进行安全性评价。检测结果表明,取自冷拔方管Q345A钢的冲击韧性在20-- 40℃范围内对温度不太敏感,可完全满足该温度范围的服役条件,而且在-50℃下仍可安全使用。冲击断口分析表明,温度从20℃降低到-60℃,断口塑性纤维区宽度由1.7mm减少到0.4mm。这一检测和评价结果, 为国产石油钻采设备进入北美及俄罗斯地区提供了依据。
To ensure the reliability of petroleum machinery at low temperatures, the impact property of homemade cold drawn square pipes of steel Q345A(16Mn) is measured within the range of 20 ℃-60 ℃ . The safety of the pipes is evaluated with the API Spec 8C standards. Test results show that the impact property of Q345A cold drawn square pipes is not sensitive to temperatures within the range of 20 ℃ -40 ℃ . The pipes can perform safely not only with that temperature range, but also at a low temperature of 50 ℃ below zero. Fracture analysis indicates that the width of plastic fibre zone reduced from 1.7mm to 0.4mm as the temperature fell from 20 ℃ above zero to 60 ℃ below zero. The results provide support for the export of homemade petroleum drilling equipments into North American and Russian markets.
