摘要 集成毛细管电泳(ICE)芯片扫描分析系统是ICE芯片能否得到广泛应用的关键仪器。针对传统的ICE芯片扫描分析系统结构复杂、处理速度慢、体积庞大等弱点,设计了以DSPTMS320DM642为核心处理器,基于CCD(电荷耦合器件)的实时扫描分析系统。该系统完成扫描控制和全自动数据分析处理,解决了传统ICE芯片扫描分析系统的上述弱点,使得开发高性能、廉价的ICE嵌入式系统成为可能。 Integrated capillary electrophoresis (ICE) Chip scanning and analyzing system is critical to the wide-spread applications of ICE Chip. Aiming at problems such as complex architecture, inefficient performance and large in size of the traditional system, a real-time processing system is designed. The system is based on CCD (Charge Coupled Device), and DSP (digital signal processing) TMS320DM642 is its core processor. This system can fulfill the demands in real-time processing which makes it possible to realize an efficient and low-cost ICE embedded system for ICE chip.
